We are Open Wednesday - Saturday Evenings

and offer a set dining experience that changes every three months based on what the season has to offer! Sittings are at 6:30, 7pm and 7.45pm sharp. We cannot cater for dietary requirements without it being on the booking form.

Our ethos is based around great quality ingredients, top level cookery and knock out flavours.

We were crowned “Derbyshire and Notts Restaurant of the year” for 2025.

Our ten courses designed to tantalise, but certainly not test anyone: We take classic, well loved dishes and make them shine. No weird stuff, just mouth watering food filled with nostalgia and excitement

  • Please make us aware of all dietary requirements or strong dislikes upon booking, or with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If we are not made aware we cannot offer alternatives on the night as we are a pop-up restaurant. Currently we cannot cater for vegans, coeliac/ gluten or lactose intolerance or offer a 100% allergy free menu. Please allow around 2.5 hours to dine. Booking is essential.

  • The Tasting Club offers a set menu of seasonal dishes. Upon the arrival of each new menu, George and Ben sit down and selects a concise list of wines that taste great alongside the food on offer. We also offer ‘BYO’ corkage at £30 per bottle for any wine or champagne, if you would like to go beyond our recommended list.
